Although currently closed for renovation, Le Normandie is an excellent place to get high-end french cuisine in Bangkok. Head Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthie has previously worked with heavy hitters in the food & beverage industry like Georges Blanc in Vonnas, Marc Veyrat in L’Auberge de L’Eridan, and Emile Jung at Crocodile.

Opening hours: Le Normandie restaurant is currently closed and under renovation, and will reopen early in December 2015. During this time selected French dishes are available during dinner at Lord Jim’s restaurant.
