Margaret
River
Gourmet
Escape
is
an
extraordinary
festival
of
food
and
wine.
A
3-day
event
(from
21
to
23
November)
packed
with
exciting
features
that
promise
an
experience
of
the
freshest
produce
and
fine
wines, guests get to
create
their own
foodie
itinerary
by
exploring
Gourmet
Village
for
tastings
and
demonstrations,
attending
exclusive
world‐class
dining
pop-
ups
at
the
Satellite
Events,
or
rubbing
shoulders
with
local
culinary
talents
at
the
Fringe
Events.
In
anticipation
of
this
festival,
Head
Chef
Isaac
Tan
of
Bedrock
Bar
&
Grill
embarked
on
a
culinary
tour
of
Western
Australia
with
the
crew
early
this
year
in
June,
exploring
lands
and
experiencing
the
stories
of
farmers
and
their
produce.
Upon
his
return
to
Bedrock’s
kitchen,
Chef
Isaac
has
created
a
total
of
3
menus
in
honour
of
Western
Australian
produce.
On
18
September
2014
at
7.30pm,
Chef
Isaac
presents
his
one-night‐only
‘Voyager
Estate
Wine
Dinner’
($128++
per
person)
–
a
5-course
wine
pairing
dinner
of
the
freshest
produce
and
fine
wines.
Fret

those
who
will
miss
this
limited‐seating
dining
event;
Chef
Isaac
has
also
created
2
special
menus
of
‘Experience
Western
Australia
Dinner’
($128++
per
person)
for
September
and
October
to
bring
diners
on
a
food
appreciation
journey
with
deft
culinary
skills.
Each
is
a
5‐course
dinner
with
an
option
to
include
3
glasses
of
unique
wines
for
an
additional
$58++
per
person.
The
Pelican
Seafood
Bar
&
Grill
comes
onboard
too
with
a
3-‐course
menu
of
‘A
Taste
of
Western
Australia’
($78++
per
person)
by
Head
Chef
Jonathan
Sparber,
available
from
September
to
October
for
lunch
and
dinner.
Enhance
the
dining
experience
at
$90++
per
person
to
include
a
glass
of
Voyager
Estate
Chenin
Blanc
or
Voyager
Estate
Girt
by
Sea
Cabernet
Merlot.

12
September
to
11
October,
guests
who
dine
on
these
fabulous
dishes
stand
a
chance

a
trip

$6,000

a
