For one-night-only on 28th January 2016, Japan’s celebrated sushi-master, Chef Hashida ‘Hatch’ Kenjiro, son of celebrated Master Sushi Chef Tokio Hashida and Celebrity Chef Chen Kentaro, son of world-known Iron-Chef Legend Chen Kenichi, will orchestrate an evening of culinary masterpieces at Me@OUE.
Making a mark on the world of gastronomy on their own, the two Chefs will create a visually arresting 8-course meal.
Chef Hashida known for his haute dining approach will lead diners into a world of gastronomical wonder. Both Chefs will transform the simplest seasonal ingredients into their elegant interpretation of Japanese and Chinese classics.
