Trained in the art of Italian fine-dining, Chef Yohhei Sasaki will be dishing out seasonal specials to close off a magnificent year. Dinner is available in two seatings; the first offers a four-course menu that features the likes of Dry Aged Japanese Blue Fin Tuna Tartar, homemade Wagyu Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, pan-roasted Japanese Sea Bream and Tiramisu.
