With minimalist decor and a Japanese-inspired menu, Nikko Cafe proves to be a breath of fresh air in downtown Bangkok. Dishes like spinach au gratin and katsu curry look enticing, but the of matcha-based drinks and 1-for-1 happy hour cocktails seem to be a huge draw here too.
