No. 5 Emerald Hill has made many a list of cheapest drinks in town, and rightly so with their less than $10++ housepour spirits till 9pm, and 1-for-1 martinis from 9pm-1am. Foodwise, go for the chicken wings and the potato wedges (the garlic aioli it comes with is to die for). With drink prices like that, expect it to be pack and noisy on most nights. Oh, and watch out for those peanut shells.
