OperaViva Ltd is proud to present Love Me, Love Me Not!, a local interpretation of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s youthful opera, Bastien & Bastienne.
Set amidst the rustic charm of a neighbourhood kopitiam in present-day Singapore, come meet a love-struck young couple as they discover the trials and tribulations of young love!
Drinks-stall attendant Stephanie loves Stephen the chicken rice ah-boy, but she thinks he has abandoned her and she’s desperate to get him back.
Has he been unfaithful? Will true love prevail?
Come find out as this comedy-of-errors unfolds over an unforgettable evening of music and theatre!
The event will run at several Community Centres from 1 August to 6 August 2015.
