Recalling Mother by Checkpoint Theatre

Recalling Mother

Checkpoint Theatre will be presenting Recalling Mother as part of The Studios 2016 later in March. Written and performed by Claire Wong and Noorlinah Mohamed, Recalling Mother is a celebration of the joys andchallenges of motherhood and daughterhood.

This year marks the 10th year of Recalling Mother. A living, durational performance, it has been revisited, updated and developed with each staging (in 2006, 2009, 2015 and now 2016) in parallel with Claire’s and Noorlinah’s relationship with their respective mothers over the years. A post-show dialogue will be held at the end of each performance.

Recalling Mother is running from 24 to 27 March 2016 at Esplanade Theatre Studio. Tickets are priced at $35 and are available via SISTIC.
