The word hipster is overused and we will spare ROUSE the ignominy of being labelled. Instead, we’d like to focus on what this quaint coffee house offers, namely, great coffee, delicious servings of food, and relatively late operating hours (for a café at least) makes this place an ideal spot for spending time with la familia.
