SA(仨) the collective: Ethni-city

Ethni-city is a one night only performance that aims to explore and share the rich and unique ethnic cultures of Singapore through collaborations with various multi-disciplinary artists. In this inaugural edition, SA(仨) the collective, along with collaborators OrkeStar Trio and Nizar Fauzi, will be presenting original and reinterpreted work on their ethnic instruments in celebration of Malay ethnicity and culture. This event coincides with the month of Hari Raya, Racial Harmony and National Day celebrations, this performance seeks to present the unbinding and converging of cultural expressions through music, hospitality and art.

Gary is one of those proverbial jack of all trades… you know the rest. When not writing about lifestyle and culture, he dabbles in photography, graphic design, plays four instruments and is a professional wearer of bowties. His greatest weakness: spending more money on clothes than he probably should. Find him across the social world as @grimlay
