Senso’s Ca’ del Bosco Seafood Brunch

Senso Ristorante & Bar is bringing gourmands a bounty from under the sea with its Ca’ del Bosco Seafood Brunch. This special themed Sunday brunch will satiate any type of seafood craving with its range of seafood brought in fresh from the Mediterranean. Offered alongside the buffet spread for guests to enjoy is the free flow of Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Sparkling Wine, made in the Lombardy region in Italy.
A standout dish for this special brunch is the Sea Bass wrapped in the Pancetta with caramelized Apple on Pumpkin Puree and Balsamic reduction. The pancetta provides the savoury flavours to the dish while the apple and pumpkin adds a subtle dash of sweetness. Diners can also try the decadent Homemade Taglierini which is tossed with Crayfish, topped with Caviar and coated in a Crustacean sauce. For those who prefer a heartier dish, the fork-tender Slow-braised Beef Cheek with a sautéed medley of Porcini and roasted Baby Carrots with Cumin on Potato Gnocchi or Orrecchiete with Octopus and sun-dried Tomatoes will definitely make a tasty option. Diners can look forward to the freshest flavours of the sea with the live Oyster Station where oysters will be shucked on the spot for their enjoyment. Additionally, thick slices of Smoked Salmon and an appetizing Seafood Salad will be part of this amazing spread. Senso will also pull out all the stops with their selection of Mussels and Sicilian Prawns.

Ca’ del Bosco Wines will also be available for takeaway at special prices only during the Brunch. $128++
