Shiraishi is one of Singapore’s most expensive (but excellent) Japanese restaurants. The ingredients used are some of the highest quality you will find in Singapore and the service is tip top. Expect the clientele to be predominately Japanese and businessmen.

The best seats are at the counter watching the expert Chefs perform their craft with showmanship and elegance.
