This littel genius of a bakery is the maker of Ugly Su, which is basically a baked meringue layered with Passion fruit Mousse and a choice of blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. It is a delicately balanced sweet and sour piece of heaven that would have you amazed at just how good it is. Another recommendation from their menu is the Strawberry Velure, which is a layered chiffon cake with fresh strawberries and strawberry mousse. This is a new member of the artisanal pastry crew that certainly promises to stay.
