SUVAI Food Festival 2015

Pronounced “soo-vai”, [SUVAI](https://www.facebook.com/SUVAI2015) means to ‘taste the flavours’ in Tamil.

Experience all the diversity that Indian cuisine has to offer at this one-of-a-kind gourmet festival. Top chefs celebrate traditional Indian flavours in brand new ways with 27 delectable Indian inspired dishes from just $5.
Purists, fret not! Top traditional chefs from India will be in attendance to present some truly authentic dishes that are not to be missed.

There is also a full schedule of acitivities, including Guinness World Records Attempts: SUVAI and its team of 66 chefs will endeavour to cook 15 tonnes of vegetable curry, smashing the existing record of 10 tonnes. In honour of Singapore’s birthday, SUVAI will be calling this dish the SG50 CURRY, and it will feature an amazing 50 ingredients! There will also be Live Music, Free Masterclasses by culinary heavyweights, and a family cooking challenge, among other highlights!
