The beef noodles here are to die for. The broth of the soup version is incredibly fragrant, but have the stir-fried version of the beef noodles and you will never go back. Remember to get your serving of the sour chilli sauce to drizzle onto your noodles, giving it just the perfect amount of acidity to keep your appetite open.
