ART SG, the highly anticipated international contemporary art fair is set to return from January 19 to 21, 2024 (Vernissage, 18 January) at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands. With 110 outstanding galleries from 33 countries and territories participating, the event, organised by The Art Assembly and presented by UBS, promises a diverse showcase of global artistic talent. Among the distinguished international galleries making a return are Gagosian, White Cube, Thaddaeus Ropac, Lehmann Maupin, and others. Join Chef Ian Tan, winner of the World Young Chef Young Waiter and Young Mixologist 2023 Awards, as he showcases his winning dishes in a three-day pop-up at Christina’s at Mondrian. The three-course menu starts with Madju, a medley of Squid and Chinese watercress alongside Birds Eye Hijau sambal. Word of caution: sambal packs a punch! The second course sees a reimagined chap chye, fish otah, and a flash-fried skin-to-fin Alfonsino in the Ingatan.
