Taking inspiration from 20th Century American Banks, The Capital by Water Library is one of the hottest bistros in Bangkok. The screenings of present day stock exchange rates add a nice touch to the whole financial centre vibe, while this place is also a popular haunt for office workers. We gotta admit though, their extremely delicious beef based menu has got us tempted to embark on a food heist!
