The Great Australian Wine Pairing Dinner @ SELA

Top Wines and Restaurant SELA, nominated by The World Gourmet Summit Awards 2015 for New Restaurant Of The Year and Chef Of The Year, is holding a 5-course dinner featuring exquisite Australian wines from Margaret River and Yarra Valley, to name but a few regions. Diners can expect to be treated to specially prepared dishes including Torched Scallops and Chilean Seabass, not to mention Beef Cheek and Angus Striploin. The dinner will be presented by the General Manager of Top Wines, Zainal Abdul Kadir.
