The Great Valentine Escape: East 8 Tapas

Falling in love in New York is as romantic as it is, because there are a million adventures to be had in the city. As a little piece of New York in Singapore, East 8 has partnered with some good folks to present the Great Valentine Escape, a bottle of adventure for couples to get away from Singapore in Singapore.

We’ve partnered up with Uber, who will be chauffeuring our guests in quintessential New York Black Car Service style (complimentary up to $40). Jet-set couples can also spend another night in France with add-on tickets to French films, like the infamous Belle de Jour, at the Alliance Française de Singapour (special member’s price: $12; choose from February 18, March 4, 11, 25).

Then at East 8, we’ll whisk couples off to New York and the stars for a night of live music, foie gras, photo memories, short-ribs and sweet surprises. To take everyone’s mouths around the world (and to the moon and back), we’ve put together an 8-course dinner with 2 glasses of wine ($188++/Couple), featuring date-pleasers like Hot Seared Foie Gras, Apple Compote on Crispy Bun, Sea Urchin Cream Pasta and Mixed Berries, Mascarpone, Puff Mille Feuille.
