For the first time in Singapore and Asia, famed Chilean winemaker Enrique Tirado will unveil the secrets of the 7 parcels of Don Melchor through a live pairing of classical music and wine, where together with talented musicians he will demonstrate the similarity between the creation of a musical symphony and the blending of a Chilean Grand Cru. This multisensorial experience will be followed by a six courses fine dinner prepared by OCF chef.
