The Song of India Celebrates 13th Anniversary With A Spectacular Sunday Brunch Fiesta
The Song of India marks 13 years in Singapore with a spectacular brunch fiesta and guest chefs as part of the World Gourmet Summit 2018. Keeping with the theme of celebrating Singapore, the three guest chefs will join Director of Cuisine, Chef Manjunath Mural to feature a dish representative of their culinary style at the live stations alongside The Song of India staples like aromatic Mutton Roganjosh and creamy Malabar Fish Curry. Look forward to innovative creations like Chef Mural’s Calcutta Kathi Roll with Masala Tapioca and Guest Chef Ivan Yeo’s (from The 1925 Brewing Co. Restaurant) Khao Suey Curry with Smoke Lamb and Glutinous Rice. With over 25 dishes to try, bring your appetite!

Bedrock Bar & Grill 2018 World Meat Series: Sake Kasu Salt-Aged Beef
Bedrock Bar & Grill embarks on yet another epicurean journey with the second part of its World Meat Series 2018. Diners will get to experience Sake Kasu Salt-Aged Beef produced by Bedrock Bar & Grill’s very own customised in-house salt-ageing fridge. The salt-aged beef is marinated with lees leftover from sake that has been fermented for 18 to 32 days, typically for 14, 21 or 60 days depending on the cut. The Sake Kasu Aged Wagyu menu is available now till 30 June 2018.

Kazuo Takagi X Shigeo Akiba Four Hands Dinner at Nami Restaurant & Bar
Yet another World Gourmet Summit event, join two Japanese culinary masters – Chef Kazuo Takagi of two-Michelin starred restaurant Takagi (Kyoto) and Nami’s Chef Shigeo Akiba – this Friday for an unforgettable seven-course dinner. The menu is a collaborative, artistic expression of their cuisine styles, reveling in the freshest and best harvests of the season with absolute refinement. Look forward to delicacies like Eel Chimaki Sushi, Lily Bulb with Foie Gras and 7-Creations Bamboo Skewer as well as the simmered dish Red Snapper and Manila Clam with Spring Vegetables and Bamboo Shoots.

Designed to help diners live well through wellness-conscious dining, Icehaus allows you to dig into unlimited servings of superfood grub consisting of kale, quinoa, chia seeds alongside hearty soups and lean protein.

Grain Begins Michelin Series With Braci
Grain introduces a Michelin meal box collaboration with renowned Italian chef-restauranter Beppe De Vito of the ilLido Group. Partnering with Grain’s R&D Chef Issac Tan, Chef Beppe has created Cha Soba with Assorted Mushrooms ($17.50), inspired by the dish Chef Beppe created for Toggle’s Original, ‘Bento Stars’ programme. Available as a highlight dish on Grain’s menu from Monday, April 23 to Friday, May 4, orders can be made online or via the Grain app that is available to iOS and Android users.
