Vatos Urban Tacos
For fusion fare done right, look no further than Vatos Urban Tacos. On the cheesier side of things, LINO’s Seafood Pizza (S$31.03) brings the best of oceanic delights, topped with tiger prawns, scallops, squid and clams. Finish off with a vanilla-infused Panna Cotta (S$12.84) and tipples to boot.

With Madame Fan, whet your appetite with steamy plates of dim sum like the Scallop Shumai (S$19.26), topped with burst-in-your-mouth tobiko, before moving onto the mains. The Jasmine Tea Smoked Ribs (S$40.66) boasts succulent pork meat elevated with the unique smoky flavours of Chinese herbs, spices and aromatic jasmine tea leaves. For a little bit of everything, splurge on The Premier Set (S$147.66 for 4 persons) that includes a dim sum platter, soup and indulgent mains like Charcoal Grilled Iberico Pork.

Kazbar
Recreate the Middle Eastern culinary experience at home with Kazbar’s authentic goodies. Fancy a kebab? Opt for the lavish Mixed Grill Platter (S$44.94), featuring a smorgasbord of smoky delights like shish taouk, shish kebab and kofta kebab that you can dip into the fiery harissa paste that comes along with it. Alternatively, they also have a variety of hearty Pita Bread Wraps (S$23.54) with different sauce and meat (chicken or lamb) filling. No feast is complete without desserts – try Um Ali (S$13.91), a sweet pastry soaked in rosewater and milk, topped with pistachio.

Try their Milo Medley (S$20), a boozy milo milkshake made with dark rum, brandy, creme de cacao and vanilla ice cream. If all that drinking gets you hungry, fret not as Hopscotch also dishes up comfort food like the Saffron Cream Risotto (S$20) and Wagyu Burger (S$15.60).
