With Deepavali around the corner, newly opened bar Farrer Horse is serving up a special cocktail till 30 October 2022. The Naraka Slayer (S$14++) gets its name from the story of Lord Krishna vanquishing the demon king Narakasura, which led to the creation of the festival of lights we know now. Tailor the seasonal rum-based tipple to your taste buds with either the mango or coconut flavours (or try one of each). Enjoy complimentary spicy murukku when you order two Naraka Slayers.

Tuck Into Some Sweet Layers
Fall is here and we’re ready for buttery nutty flavours to take over. Known for their beloved mille crêpes, the folks at Lady M are introducing the new Butter Pecan Mille Crêpes. The first-ever autumn exclusive boasts at least twenty intricate layers of crêpe slathered with a roasted pecan whipped cream and folded with pecan praline for added texture. To top it all off, a finishing swirl of pecan paste and a garnish of roasted pecan complete the sweet hearty treat. Available throughout November, what better way to get the festive season started?

Beat The Heat with Locally-produced Seltzer
After making waves in America and Australia, hard seltzers are slowly hitting the streets of Singapore. It’s only natural that Singapore’s brewing scene puts its own twist on the fizzy drink. Enter Joe’s Seltzer, Singapore’s first locally produced hard seltzer by Trouble Brewing. Launching with three primary flavours: Lime, Peach, and Grapefruit, each sip is refreshing and healthier with just 94 calories. Bottled at 4.8% ABV – similar to a beer – it’s sugar-free and enhanced with all-natural subtle fruity flavours.

A New Menu at Revolver Awaits
Give prime ingredients from some of the world’s best producers in the hands of Chef Saurabh Udinia at Revolver and what do you get? An eight-course meal with made with Indian sensibility and international flair. Titled Bullet 7, the new menu sees appetisers like an impressive Snack Box featuring three bite-sized gems: Otoro Papadum, Gambero Rosso Tostada, and Uni Bread Pakora. Mains steal the show with grilled Corsican Sea Bass sprinkled generously with coriander and dill, as well as smoky Alaskan King Crab Legs, with a silky interior and a crusty exterior tossed in pepper fry sauce. Complete the meal with the rich and absolutely satisfying Kashmiri Saffron Cheesecake.

Savour Scrumptious Treats at Sentosa
In celebration of its Golden Jubilee, Sentosa is turning its stomping grounds into food heaven for ten weeks. Foodies be ready to pamper your tastebuds with gastronomic experiences like no other. The highly-anticipated Sentosa GrillFest makes its return by the beach once again with 31 establishments and over 200 offerings, whilst the inaugural Sentosa Restaurant Trail brings you through 12 venues across Sentosa including FOC Sentosa, Ola Beach Club and The Kitchen Table. In mid-November, expect festive markets, movies by the beach and a Craft Beer Jamboree with local and international craft beers.
Sentosa Food Fest runs till 31 December 2022 with activities and experiences throughout the island. Admission is free, with food payable separately.
