With up to 85% of Ireland’s best produce making up the newly launched menu (lunch menu starts from S$78++, dinner menu starts from S$178++), it draws inspiration from Chef Walsh’s colourful heritage and childhood memories. Enjoy Irish Blue Mussels, Cider and Parsley fresh from the coasts of Shetland Isle or treat yourself to Silverhill Farm Duck, Native Berries, Salted Duck Egg, better known as the wagyu of duck. All dishes are complemented with Irish-inspired tipples such as the fruity-floral Irish On A Gargle and an alluring Zesty Irishman.

Wellingtons Galore At Bread Street Kitchen
Until the end of October, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen is celebrating Wellington Month with four different renditions of this delicious dish. Two new creations are making their debut on the menu that includes a seafood-forward Lobster Tail & Pumpkin Mousseline Wellington (S$65++) as well as a good ol’ classic Beef Fillet Wellington (S$80++), with the latter pairing beautifully with a vibrant Massolino Barbera d’Alba, Piedmont, Italy (S$95++ per bottle). Vegetarian diners can too join in with the plant-based Impossible Wellington (S$39++).
