A classy affair hosted at The Dempsey Project, Mrs Kueh’s English Afternoon Tea (S$32) brings together everything we love about tea time delights and the kuehs we hold dear. On the court of English specialties is a selection of mini sandwiches, creamy scones and citrusy pastries accompanied by pandan kueh salat, putri ayu with kaya, kueh kosui and purple ondeh ondeh. Wash it all down with Darjeeling tea or a glass of champagne with a S$20 supplement.

There’s No Party Like A Mortadella Party at Caffe Fernet

Hosted in collaboration with Italian Wine Club, pair the delicious cooked and cured ham with a sparkling rosé Paltrinieri Radice Lambrusco Di Sorbara 2020 (S$105). Or consider both labels from the family owned Noelia Ricci winery, the light yet supple Bro Trebbiano 2019 (S$115) with lovely minerality and the sultry Godenza Sangiovese Di Romagna Superiore 2019 (S$125).

Lounge atop the Singapore skyline at il Cielo’s alfresco space on the 24th floor of voco Orchard Singapore. Spring has bloomed here, with an all-new seasonal featuring white asparagus at its heart.
