Get a Taste of Asian-Inspired Food Bowls
Essentially a multi-way collaboration, bamboo bowls is dishing up healthy and sustainable bowls of Asian goodness in the CBD. Created by chefs like Mano Thevar (Thevar), Jowett Yu (Ho Lee Fook), and Bjorn Shen (Artichoke), the plant-based bowls also feature ethically sourced meat add-ons and low-carb alternatives. The Tokyo (S$10) pairs brown rice with miso eggplant and oozy ramen egg. For that protein level up, cut into a tender fried Salmon Katsu (S$5). Love your noods? Get the Sichuan (S$10) for its a fiery burst of flavour with hand-pulled noodles, greens, and chilli mushrooms.

The Ultimate Summer Pairing at Luke’s Lobster
This summer, the folks at Luke’s Lobster and Taiwanese microbrewery Ugly Half Beer are joining forces to bring foodies the ultimate summer treat, pairing six new-to-market craft beers (S$75) with Luke’s rolls. Accentuating the presence of zesty lemons, the Guava Gose (S$13) is a crisp tropical accomplice to the lightly seasoned Signature Lobster Roll (S$25.50). The Jumbo Sour, on the other hand is a versatile chase made to compliment the Luke’s Trio (S$33.50) loaded with lobster, crab and shrimp rolls. For a wind down after work, the Roll & Beer Buddy Set (S$110) is a go-to, including a Signature Lobster Roll, a Luke’s Trio, and a choice of any four beers.
