The refreshing Cold Smoke pairs iribancha from Kyoto with Botanist gin, while the fruity Noblesse features goji berry-infused gin and chamomile honey. Meanwhile, the Osmanthus Martinez is balanced and boozy, with osmanthus-infused gin, vermouth, Dom Benedictine, and apple cider vinegar. Complementing the menu of cocktails is a ceviche-style dish of bigeye tuna, Korean pear, and passionfruit kombucha dressing (S$30).

50FIFTY Presents a Gastronomic Crossover of Epic Proportions

2am:dessertbar has paired up with Sidedoor for a spectacular six-course dinner menu, served alongside four curated cocktail pairings at intimate pocket bar 50FIFTY. Until the end of February, tuck into a world of flavour with pairings such as the Algae, a No.3 Iris Oyster, and Clean Water, a light blend of The Macallan Sherry Oak 12Y, guava, osmanthus, and sencha. Ugly Duckling follows suit, a confit duck rillette served with duck liver and paired with White Meat – a concoction of Brugal Especial, pineapple, and coconut. Seats are priced at S$138++.
