Tiger’s Milk

Quirkily named after a vital ingredient of ceviche, Tiger’s Milk (or Leche de Tigre) is the first Peruvian-inspired rooftop bar in Singapore. Part of The Club Hotel’s heady list of brand new dining options, guests can look forward to a circus of South American gourmet cuisine from the ceviche bar, the grill, and Pisco-infused cocktails from the bar. Though the culinary team has yet to be announced, we hear that it’s a collaboration between a celebrated Peruvian Chef and a local cooking star!
