Us The Duo – Live In Singapore

LAMC Productions is proud to present Vine singing sensations Us The Duo on 10 December, 2014, 8pm at Kallang Theatre! The folk-pop duo will be joined by Special Guest, Singapore’s very own Gentle Bones!

Three years ago, two emerging solo artists from opposite sides of the country randomly collided, fell in love, and combined their talents to form Us The Duo. A few successful YouTube videos (31+ million views) encouraged these pop songwriters to write their own music together, leading them to produce their first self-titled album. After its release, Michael & Carissa got married and have been traveling and playing music together ever since.

In early 2014, Us The Duo vaulted to prominence via Vine. Their #Us6SecondCovers of Destiny’s Child and The Neighborhood gained major traction, but it was their medleys that launched them to stardom on the platform. Mash-ups of Taylor Swift and Katy Perry caught the attention of BuzzFeed, iHeartRadio and Business Insider and soon, their social media following grew to over 4 million. Us The Duo inked a deal with Republic Records in March 2014 making history as the first artists signed to a major label from Vine.

Since then, their full-length original album, No Matter Where You Are, has reached #9 on the iTunes Pop Albums Chart, and landed Top 30 on the overall Albums Chart. The couple recently completed their first headlining tour with sold out dates throughout North America and have been featured by everybody from Good Morning America and The Today Show to Huffington Post, Yahoo! and VH1’s Big Morning Buzz.

Us The Duo are currently on tour with Oprah as a musical guest on her ‘Life You Want Weekend’ tour, and their single ‘No Matter Where You Are’ is featured in the new animated film from 20th Century Fox, ‘The Book Of Life’ starring Diego Luna, Zoe Saldana and Channing Tatum.

Standard tickets priced at S$58, S$78 and S$98 on sale now at [SISTIC](http://sistic.com.sg) and via all SISTIC channels. (Excluding Sistic booking fee)
