Lost Weekend (SG) – Opening Act
Lost Weekend is a Singapore indie pop band formed in 2012 where they are a musical melting-pot; forward-looking pop revivalism meets old school rock traditions, soft music with an edge and loud music for gentle souls.
Watch out for this thrilling new local band.
Fantastic Day (HK)
A band from Hong Kong who caused a buzz on the indiepop scene in 2007 with a release on taste-maker US label Cloudberry Records.
Fantastic Day plays such exciting fun pop tunes that you will definitely not be rooted to the floor when you hear their brand new album out on Imagine Imagine Imagine Records.
Gig details
Launch of Waterfall Records SG Gig & Indiepop Disco event. Waterfall Records SG was formed by diehard indiepop fans in Singapore to share and spread little-known catchy pop tunes that are well off the mainstream and closer to the stars. For a start, this will be done through quarterly events each comprising a gig showcasing regional and local indiepop bands, followed by an indiepop disco to finish the event on an euphoric high. In time, Waterfall Records SG aims to release limited-edition vinyl records of regional and local indiepop bands.
