Truffle Dinner with Francisco Araya at Monti

Treat yourself this midweek with a decadent 6-course truffle dinner by Michelin-starred chef Francisco Araya, hosted at the beautiful waterfront Monti. Featuring winter truffles from Australia, the menu ($180++ per person) is constructed in collaboration with Calia Truffles and features dishes like Foie Gras & Truffle Cigar and Crispy Japanese Amadai with fermented tofu, truffle dashi, and baby vegetables. For vino lovers, an additional $50+ will score you six Italian wines to pair with the dinner.

The New Malt Order at Alley Bar

Learn about the subtleties of whisky at Auchentoshan‘s pop up installation at Alley Bar, which invites you to create your own whisky cocktail from a variety of ingredients and garnishes with familiar old-school flavours. Appreciate the unique triple-distilled flavours of the whisky in interesting combinations like What the Kueh?! (coconut water, pandan reduction, gula jawa, bitters, Auchentoshan Three Wood), mixed to your discretion.

New Signature Set Menu at Crystal Jade Golden Palace

To celebrate keeping its Michelin star, Chinese fine-dining restaurant Crystal Jade Golden Palace is launching a special 6-course set menu. Popular specialties such as the Teochew Four Delight Appetiser Platter will be served alongside unique dishes like the Chilled Angel Hair Pasta with Black Truffle Sauce, to fully showcase the repertoire and skill of the chefs. Priced at $88++ per pax (minimum two diners), diners will also receive a glass of Hennessy XO with every order.

The Kitchen at Bacchanalia’s New A la Carte Menu

Post- Michelin star, The Kitchen at Bacchanalia is revitalising its dining experience with a new a la carte menu this July, created by chef Luke Armstrong. Expect interesting dishes such as Pineapple Tomato, a yellow fruit with red marbling, and Wild Turbot, a wild-caught flatfish served with algae cream, barbecue fennel, and Manzanilla velouté.
