Don’t be fooled by Executive Chef Mai Apirawit’s boyish looks, he has plenty of experience despite his tender age. Besides winning Thailand’s Iron Chef in 2014, he also honed his culinary techniques in Le Normandie’s kitchen, and was named ” TOP Young Rise Star Chef ” by Thailand’s Restaurant News magazine. Expect molecular gastronomy at its finest.
