Did you know that Punggol Beach is a historical site? At the risk of sounding morbid, this spot was the scene of the 1942 Sook Ching Massacre, right after Singapore was surrendered to the Japanese during World War II. Now, you’ll find a beautiful vista of moss-covered boulders lining the shore and relatively pristine and soft sand on the beach.

Punggol Beach is located at Punggol Point Park.
