”Who’s Afraid of Classical Music?”

Braddell Heights Symphony Orchestra invites anyone who has ever been intimidated by classical music to attend this musical tour-de-force that promises to delight, entertain and de-mystify classical music for you once and for all! Using familiar tunes from Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” (or “a little night music” for all of you folks who don’t speak German), Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” & Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5, Music Director Adrian Tan and the musicians of the BHSO promise to provide a step-by-step guide to listening to and appreciating Classical Music, as well as a crash course on the history of western music. And that’s not all! As a special treat (or summative assessment if you wish), renowned pianist Albert Tiu will join the BHSO for a complete performance of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2, one of the most popular and beloved piano concertos of all time!
