As far as rooftop bars go, Ying Yang is one of the best known. With a convenient location on Ann Siang, Ying Yang caters to a rather expat crowd. If you manage the 4 flights of stairs walk-up, the views are quite decent and it’s a pleasant place for a drink. Just don’t order anything fancy….cocktails are pretty bad here, and the prices…well – you pay for the view.
