This restaurant is well reputed for using extremely fresh fish. With that fundamental element taken care of, one can of course expect some good Fish Head Curry here! Expect to have a massively-sized, fresh fish head, cooked perfectly and served with a decadent curry sauce that goes beautifully well with the fresh fish. The best thing about the dish here is the ability to taste the freshness of the fish, even through all the flavours from the curry gravy. Although the gravy is not the most talked about amongst the locals, the quality of the fish is what Zai Shun uses to outshine its competitors.
