Toast to the dawn of a new year at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Skypark Observation Deck with an enviable 360-degree view of the city skyline. On top of live entertainment by 5-piece band CatsinEcradle, the folks at MBS will also be providing party packs, photo momentos, and more. And if your mates and you make up a group of 8, consider making merry at their VIP tables loaded with spirits like Greygoose and Remy XO, as well as Piper Champagne, before watching fireworks explode right above your head.

Tanjong Beach Club
If your idea of a perfect New Year’s Eve party involves cool sea breezes and dancing the night away with soft sand between your toes, look no further than Tanjong Beach Club’s annual two-day Brand New Day party. DJ Sean Doyle from the UK, who has played for brands like Hed Kandi and Soul Heaven, will be spinning his deep house music till 2am. Beach bunnies, if you want a bit of a sun, the party continues on New Year’s Day with a sumptuous seaside barbeque starting from 2pm, accompanied by spins of DJ Shawn Livewire.

New Asia Bar
An oldie but a total goodie that warrants your return this New Year’s Eve is New Asia Bar. Perched on level 70 of Swissotel the Stamford, you’re guaranteed panoramic views and front row seats to the fireworks show. Party into the New Year with DJ Goldfingers and Wlad MC (they’ve worked with the likes of Jay-Z and Rihanna), who’ll be spinning their brand of high energy hip hop. No better way to start 2015 than being (literally) at the top of the world, really.

Rabbit Hole
Tumble down into Rabbit Hole this New Year’s Eve for their Glimmer with Zimmer countdown party. Parisian DJ Zimmer, a pioneer of the new French house sound, will be gracing The White Rabbit’s gorgeous al fresco garden bar with his tropical feel-good grooves and dreamy soundscapes. Supported by local DJ KFC – also music director of the Lo & Behold Group – the party might start at 9pm but you’re more than welcome to indulge in The White Rabbit’s lavish New Year’s Eve set dinner (which features an uncommon Grain Fed U.S Beef Bolar Blade) with a wine pairing option.

Looking for a place to spend time with your loved ones this New Year’s Eve that doesn’t burn your pocket? Located in the city at Amara Singapore, Alphabet Bar’s countdown party is the most affordable on our list, but they’ve got all bases covered. From 10pm, expect band performances, a lucky draw with fab prizes, and the colourful balloon drop as the clock strikes twelve. All this and free flow tipples for an hour at $30 nett ain’t too shabby, we think!

Siloso Beach Party
This one’s practically a summons for the real party animals. With 5 different party zones (including Azzura Beach Club, Wavehouse, and Coastes), you might be forgiven for wishing that 2015 could be delayed a little. Foam pools and the sandy beach provide the perfect platform for internationally renowned DJ Mike Candys and a host of other talented DJ’s to rip up the dance floor with their exciting brand of electronic dance music.
