Saltwater’s Ramadan Mubarak is truly a decadent feast with specials like the moreish Oxtail Rendang and flavourful Soup Kambing (mutton soup), as well as Saltwater favourites like the Do-It-Yourself-Village-Rojak, Nyonya Seabass and the deliciously creamy Durian Pengat Shooters. In collaboration with Garuda Indonesia, Aquamarine’s Ramadan Mubarak will be hosted by guest chef Vindex Tengker. Besides iconic Indonesian dishes like Rendang Padang and Sate Lilit, the buffet spread also features a Kampung-style Slow Braised Leg of Lamb simmered for 16 hours and Ayam Penyet at the live station. Other tantalizing highlights include Oven-baked Fish with Assam Curry while weekends – Fridays and Saturdays – will see the Middle Eastern Roasted Whole Baby Lamb with Mint Yoghurt takes centre stage.

If you’re not in the mood for a buffet, visit Halia for an incredible Ramadan Communal Feast. Serving up to 4 pax, the meal features a total of 11 dishes including highlights like the Blackmore Wagyu Masala Beef, Pan-fried Barramundi with Beetroot Salsa and Bluefin Tuna Tartare. For groups larger than four, there’s the option of adding a la carte dishes, so no worries.

Alternatively, those hankering for Western fare will be spoilt for choice at The Villa with a sumptuous buffet with live stations serving up Chilli Crab Spaghettini and Australian Grain-fed Beef Ribeye alongside hot dishes like Cajun Spiced Chicken Leg. Straits Kitchen

The Straits Kitchen is an old favourite for Iftar dinners and this year is no exception with a sumptuous feast featuring traditional Ramadan dishes. Straits Kitchen brings the Middle East to you with an Arabic Mixed Grill, Slow Cooked Arabic Spiced Lamb Shanks and homemade Mezzeh alongside local favourites.
