“8 Hands Dinner” with Guest Pastry Chef from Tokyo, Emily Mori

The team at My Little Spanish Place is all set to welcome Japanese pastry chef Emily Mori from Tokyo, Japan for their first guest chef dinner at their third outlet at Boat Quay. The one-day event offers a four-course dinner that includes a dessert platter with six types of desserts created by two pastry chefs.

Chef Emily Mori is the owner of Emily Mori Desserterie in Tokyo, Japan and has trained in the Tsuji Institute of Patisserie. She also holds a certificate in chocolate from M.O.F.
