Etching its iconic orange and gold into the hearts of Singaporeans, gourmet coffee brand Bacha Coffee expands its legacy with its first coffee destination. Rolling a coffee room, boutique and takeaway counter into one, the Bacha Coffee Fashion Avenue offers Moroccan delights like The Vegetable ($22++), a Marrakech-spiced butternut and pumpkin dish, together with 100% Arabic coffee served in crystal cut glasses or gilded gooseneck coffee pots. Relish in afternoon tea sets like The Palais ($40++ per set), which comes with tenderloin steak, gourmet croissants, sweet treats and a choice of coffee.

Nestled in the middle of multi-concept destination Avenue on 3, the café offers a delicious respite from shopping the extensive selection of beauty products, shoes and bags in this lifestyle space. Avenue of 3 café serves a variety of coffee, Gifel tea, and flavoured lattes that calls a “traffic light” to mind. For S$9, you can enjoy a red Beetroot Latte, a yellow Turmeric Latte, or a green Matcha Latte. Feast on wholesome Mediterranean flavours in the Spiced Baked Rainbow Trout (S$39++) with babaganoush and minted organic Quinoa or delight in Miniature Bundt Cakes (S$14.50++) drizzled with orange.

There Was No Coffee 本来不该有
With a tiny hole in the metallic wall, this inconspicuous coffee place looks like an ATM dispensing coffee. There Was No Coffee is a coffee concept from Shenzhen that gained popularity by ditching sugar and artificial sweeteners. Flavouring their coffee with fruits, the coffee joint offers “safer” flavours like the Coconut Latte, which is just coffee with slightly sweetened coconut milk (S$6.50). Try the Banana Latte (S$6.50) with mashed bananas for fruitier palates. Or go at its signature drink, which features a dollop of the king of fruits in the Durian Latte (S$7.80).

Driven by their deep love for specialty coffee, Percolate curates a range of exceptional coffee and artisanal products that make good coffee enjoyable and accessible to everyone. They even have a Tasting Flight Set (S$7.50) that lets you try a single espresso and a white coffee. Alchemist
With its simple and no-frills approach to coffee, Alchemist goes from its takeaway outpost to opening their flagship store with in-house coffee roasters and having seven stores to its name. The coffee haven sources and roasts its own beans, and prides itself on quality coffee in its espresso-based coffee, pour overs and coffee subscription plans. Take your pick of seasonal blend or single origin in their Espresso (from S$3.50) or try the Batch Brew (S$3.50 for regular, S$4.50 for large). And if you are feeling peckish, a selection of pastries is available at some of their outlets.

Bringing Japanese specialty coffee straight from its roastery in Kyoto to Singapore, Kurasu is known for its beautiful selection of freshly roasted beans that has gained a following in Singapore. With its new takeaway joint at Somerset, fans can now reach for their favourite cuppa amidst their shopping sprees. Crowd favourites include Espresso White (from S$6.50) to the Kurasu House Dark Blend (from S$7.50). Kōhī Roastery & Coffee Bar
Serving specialty coffee from the Land of Smiles, Kōhī Roastery & Coffee Bar delight coffee lovers with two more locations in Singapore. Besides its iconic yellow hole-in-the-wall joint in Joo Chiat, fans can also get their coffee fix from Kim Yam Road and Shenton Way. From Espresso, pour-overs and cold brews, the coffee roaster offers the staple of black and white coffees, together with Dark Mocha (S$7), featuring 72% Vietnamese chocolate.
