Sing’theatre’s Forever Young

Hold on to your dentures as Sing’theatre presents its take on the hilarious jukebox musical Forever Young – originally written by Swiss playwright Erik Gedeon and now adapted by Benjamin “Mr Miyagi” Lee. Chronicling the life of a group of retired actors in a nursing home, these nonagenarians are determined to prove that they’re still relevant, belting out musical theatre canons and rock classics in a way only old people can. From tunes by Bruno Mars and Britney Spears to even Led Zeppelin (for the hard of hearing, perhaps), the star-studded cast sees the likes of Director Hossan Leong, Tan Kheng Hua, Candice De Rozario, and Suhaimi Yusof rocking harder than we ever will.

Forever Young is running daily from 11 to 21 October 2017 at School of the Arts (SOTA). Tickets are priced from $40, available via SISTIC. For more details, check out the event page here.
