This week, give your taste buds a break from all the Lunar New Year feasting with new hotdogs and Italian delights on the menu and a Sunday brunch focused on Japanese ingredients from Kochi. If you’re still in the mood for more festivities though, head down to IB HQ and indulge in their CNY inspired cocktails or head over to CIN CIN for their first ever gin and food pairing session.
Fatburger Launches Gourmet Hotdogs
Known around the world for its juicy hamburgers, Fatburger Singapore has released three chicken hotdogs to continue raising your appetites; the Classic Hot Dog ($6.90), which comes with “The Works” – a generous helping of mayonnaise, mustard, and relish – the Chilli Dog ($7.90), or Chilli Cheese Dog ($8.90), both using chilli made in-house. You can also opt to customise your own hotdogs, with various toppings from Fatburger’s menu to choose from. These gourmet hot dogs will be available at both KINEX and now halal-certifed Velocity @ Novena outlet.

Indulgent New Italian Delights at Dolce Vita
Fall for Dolce Vita‘s new Italian delights, including the vibrant Barbabietola ($26), a refreshing salad of baked heirloom beetroot and goat cheese mousse, drizzled with aged balsamic. Indulge in North Italy’s classic dish, the Pappardelle ($36),which consists of fresh homemade pasta with lamb ragout and crispy artichoke. Or opt for the more autumnal Mantova’s Risotto ($36), a pumpkin puree folded into rice with creamy butter, parmesan, and a splash of white wine. Conclude your dining experience with their new array of contemporary desserts like the Millefoglie ($18), a layered custard with zesty notes from red fruit compote and verbena ice cream.

CIN CIN’s Inaugural Gin & Food Pairing Sessions
On Mondays to Wednesdays, join CIN CIN for their first ever Gin & Food Pairing experience, available for reservations at $99 per pax. Expect gins from Thailand, Japan, and Singapore, and be mesmerised as the versatile and delicate flavors of Ki No Bi, Roku Gin, Paper Lantern, and more, are paired with iconic Asian dishes such as Singapore Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Peranakan Otak-otak. To top of the 3-course pairing menu curated by CIN CIN’s Head Bartender Fadly Sujebto, participants will also have the chance to learn more about the history of the classic G&T and how certain gins and tonics complement particular dishes.

Two New Ingredient-Focused Menus at IB HQ
IB HQ has launched two new menus centred around the flavours of a select few ingredients. Ever wondered what your favorite CNY staple ingredient would taste like as a cocktail? IB HQ’s CNY Menu reinterprets eight such ingredients into eight creatively delicious cocktails, available till the end of February only. If you still can’t get over your pineapple tarts this festive season, on top of their CNY Menu, IB HQ has launched Flight 774A, a menu that explores all things pineapple. Expect to see the pineapple utilised in new and unexpected ways, available from now until the end of March.

Kochi Citrus Brunch at Salted & Hung
Happening for one day only, on 17th February, 11.30am – 4pm, starting from $68++, Salted & Hung presents a citrus centred brunch menu in partnership with Kochi Prefectural Trade Association. Taste the versatile flavors of Kochi’s refreshing range of citrus in excitingly creative combinations, like their homemade Chilli and Citrus Sausage or the unique twist of a Buntan Crayfish Risotto. Fans of the Hamachi Collar will enjoy their Konatsu Infused Charred Hamachi Collar, and those who love a good citrussy ice cream can end your meal with the ever-satisfying Yuzu and Basil Sundae.
