A Sake Pairing Dinner by Bincho and Ichinokura Brewery

Bincho will be collaborating with Ichinokura brewery to offer an appetizing sake-pairing dinner, featuring the
superb sakes from one of the leading breweries in Japan to best complement the grilled dishes that Bincho is
known for. With the combined talents of Bincho’s Head Chef Asai Masashi and Mayu Kosakai, sake sommelier from Tanesei (local distributor of Ichinokura’s sakes), the menu will be a distinctive experience to best showcase yakitori and sake pairing.

The six-course dinner menu is available at $150. Seatings are available from 6:00pm and reservations are highly recommended.
