MO Bar

To celebrate something extra special, hit up MO Bar’s Oysters and Champagne (S$78++). This is the ultimate luxury free flow, with unlimited R de Ruinart Champagne and selected signature cocktails for 90 minutes. If that wasn’t tempting enough, your free flow comes with a dozen freshly-shucked oysters to slurp on as you sip your bubbly. So whether you’re celebrating a big life event, or just want to treat yourself for surviving yet another week of this dreary year, MO Bar’s got you covered.

Zafferano is well in the free flow game with three different options for you to drink to your heart’s content. For a post-work soirée, their Free Flow Tipples (S$50++) has you covered, with two hours of wines and beer. Thursday night is Ladies Night Out (S$50++) with free flow spumante and house wines on offer to enjoy with your girlfriends. For something more classic and hearty, take a seat at The Italian Table Champagne Brunch (S$98++ with house wine and beer, S$148++ including champagne and premium wine).

Cé La Vi

The past few months have seen Cé La Vi push out some fantastic dining and drinking options for us to continue enjoying their panoramic views sans clubbing. Their Breezy Brunch (S$88++) takes day-drinking to a whole new level, with free flows of all the vino, spirits, beer, and cocktails. If you’re extra thirsty, why not top up an additional S$48++ for endless Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve NV champagne?

Bayside Drinks & Eats

It’s always Aperol time at Bayside Drinks and Eats. Their Free Flow Saturday (S$70) is a whopping five hours of free flow fun, with Aperol Spritzes galore as well as Asahi and The Doctors’ Wines. Bring your best friends down for a breezy evening of outdoor drinking on the waterfront. Peckish? Graze on a yummy, buttery Lobster Roll (S$24) or their BDE Sliders (S$16), a pair of mini double beef smash burgers with oozy cheese and crispy bacon.

Da Paolo Dempsey

Da Paolo brings their signature Italian flair to two bottomless brunch offerings. Their Campari Peroni Brunch (S$48++) gives you a 90 minute free flow of some of our favourite aperitifs like the Americano, Aperol Spritz, and a range of Peroni-based drinks. But our advice is to shell out a little more for the Ferrari Brunch (S$78++), which gives you free range over everything in the Campari Peroni selection, but with additional endless Ferrari Brut — totally worth it.

Bar.celona

Bar.celona’s CAVA free-flow (from S$30++) showcases this Spanish sparkling wine in all of its glory. All of their CAVA — white and rosé, young and old — is imported directly from the world-famous La Xampaneria in Barcelona. When you inevitably feel those hunger pangs come on, their selection of Spanish tapas and sharing platters are perfect for grazing on.

Publico Ristorante

No one does a summery brunch retreat quite like Publico. The weekend Brunch Alla Moda presents your favourite Italian classics and brunch fare to be enjoyed on the Terrazza. Their Free Flow (S$80++) is available at two different slots: afternoon for brunch buffs and early evening for aperitivo aficionados. Guzzle on all the vino and beer that you want, and if you’re a bubbly lover, why not level up to their upgraded package (S$110++) offering free flowing Billecart Salmon NV Champagne too?
