Bali Beach Run 2015 race will be divided into 3 (three) categories as follow:

10K Open Run
5K Open Run
2,5 Fun Run

Routes Description

Category 10K Open Run

The race will start and finish at Kuta Beach, Bali, which will provide a spectacular backdrop of stunning beach and the hip Seminyak, with total distance of 10 kilometers (6,2 miles). Runners leave the start line at Kuta Beach, run along the white sandy beach heading into Petitenget Beach. The coastline is fairly flat and minimum of broken glass and sea shells, but in this race each runner must wear shoes for safety purpose. In the morning, the weather is warm, the beach is still less crowded and the sea breeze and waves are fun part of this race.

After reaching Petitenget Beach, Runners take a right turn to Petitenget Main Street providing the hip atmosphere of Seminyak area with villas, hotels, restaurants and bars. Runner will pass a religious Petitenget Temple site, communal spaces such as Hu’u Bar and Kudeta. On re-entering beach area, runners will pass the beachfront restaurant, Chez Gado-Gado, turn left and then run along the lovely promenade stretching along the beach area. There are many colorful beach bars like La Plancha, mostly on the right side of the promenade, providing a diffirent beach views: people gather, chat with friends, loved one or family while enjoy cocktail and tapas. Runners follow this promenade continuing to Legian Beach Street, and then enter sand area until the finish line at Kuta Beach. Category 5K Open Run

The race of 5K will also start and finish at Kuta Beach. The route of this category is focused in beach area with total distance of 5 Kilometers (3,1 Miles). Runners leave the start line at Kuta Beach, run along the white sandy beach and head to Blue Ocean Beach. The coastline is fairly flat and minimum of broken glass and sea shells, but in this race each runner must wear shoes for safety purpose.

On Blue Ocean Beach, Runners pass Cocoon Beach Club and take turn back through the vibrant promenade at Legian Beach Street. The atmosphere here is filled with open air restaurants, like De Javu Kitchen and Zanzibar and hotels promising really fun running experience. At the end of the promenade, runners turn to sand area until the finish line at Kuta Beach.

Category 2,5K Fun Run

The race of 2,5K will also start and finish at Kuta Beach. The route of this category is focused in beach area with total distance of 2,5 Kilometers (1.5 Miles). Runners leave the start line at Kuta Beach, run along the white sandy beach and head to Blue Ocean Beach. The coastline is fairly flat and minimum of broken glass and sea shells, but in this race each runner must wear shoes for safety purpose. On Blue Ocean Beach, Runners takes a turn back at Padma Street and follow the route until the finish line at Kuta Beach.
