Bar Shift at Manor Cocktail Room

After the success of the first Bar Shift last month, the invitational returns with three distinguish bartenders from Singapore.

Featuring Caryn Cheah, voted top 25 bartenders in Singapore by Drinks World Asia 2014, the co-founder of Barkode is now plying her trade as a consultant for her own outfit, ABV Bar Concepts.

Joining her is Diageo Reserve World Class Singapore 2013 finalist Alvin Au, who was part of the founding bar team at The Library, and Steve Leong, Bitters & Love alumnus in the midst of opening a bar.

The trio will be concocting three special cocktails for the evening together with Din Hassan.

Come by for the shift.

7 May 2014 from 7pm onwards

No reservations; cocktail prices to be determined on the day.
