Peach Blossoms

Have a bountiful start to 2023 as you feast on the medley of exquisite delights at Peach Blossoms. Situated on level five of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, the fine Chinese restaurant is presenting the six-course Harmonious Blessings Set. Look forward to enjoying delicacies from the sea, which range from Chilled Amaebi with Jellyfish and Steamed Marble Goby Fillet to the Mini Claypot Rice with Sous Vide Lobster and Black Truffle. Prefer a large spread that’ll cater to every fancy? The hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Peppermint, will see a magnificent buffet spread for a fulfilling gastronomic experience.

Osechi Ryori at Nozomi

Welcome the New Year with symbols of great health, wealth, and happiness with Nozomi’s Osechi Ryori (S$188+). This traditional Japanese bento is prepared and served only on New Year’s Day and in it, each dish carries a special meaning. Nozomi’s take includes Awabi (abalone) to signify longevity, Kuri Kanro (chestnuts) for fortune and wealth, kelp in Ryuhin Maki and Nishinmaki for joy and happiness, and Kamaboko Ikura to ward off evil. This generous spread also comes with a bottle of sweet sake for sweet beginnings. Akin to dessert wine, the Matsu No Tsukasa Huit Kijoshu carries notes of honey and umami, with a swirling of fine acidity. Have a deliciously auspicious start to 2023!

Start the New Year with a sumptuous brunch from Singapore’s only Michelin-starred steakhouse, CUT. For a truly indulgent brunch buffet to start the year, make your way to Opus Bar & Grill.
