Cocktails – Stirred and Shaken with Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall

In this unique, hands-on mixology class, participants will learn about the tools and tricks of the trade as well as the thought process of creating cocktails. The talented and experienced team of Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall presents the ‘Cocktails – Stirred and Shaken’ workshop with Public Garden. Also, learning from the friendly owner of Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall is a great way to start your journey in the world of mixology.

In this small class setting, have your questions about cocktails answered by Ah Sam, the friendly bartender instructor and learn the right techniques to start your own liquid adventure thereafter.

Upon attending the class, participants will walk away with:

– An understanding of interesting history of cocktails

– Knowledge and information about the various types of spirits

– Participants will learn how to create 3 cocktails during the workshop

(i) the martini

(ii) the mojito

(iii) the Tai-Q (Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall’s in-house infused Milo flavoured rum based cocktail)

– Leave with a set of skills on the preparation of cocktails which you would never have known prior to the class

– End the class with an unforgettable experience as you get to savour your very own cocktail creations with your workshop comrades and workshop instructor.

Note:

(1) Participants must be above the legal drinking age in Singapore of 18 years old.

(2) The minimum class size for this workshop is 12 pax. A full refund will be given to each participant in the event that the minimum class size is not reached by Sun 25 Jan 2015.
