CLASS VACANCY

An intimate class of only 12 students, making sure each of you will get lots of personal attention from the teacher.

We have all scrolled through the tons of wonderful blogs and instagram accounts with fantastic mouth-watering food photographs and thought to ourselves: ” How do they do it?!” (and mostly, “gosh I’m hungry”). This class is exactly what you need to up your food photography game!

A food photography and styling workshop designed for food bloggers, foodie instagramers or enthusiastic cooks who enjoy taking photographs of their food. We’ll cover some food photography basics and go in-depth into the art of food styling. We’ll casually discuss the different usages of food photography and styling (editorial, commercial, cookbook, social media) before moving to the hands on part where each student will get a chance to try their hand at styling.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Props to use on location – And of course, since it’s a food styling and photography class, we’ll make sure both your eyes, as well as your tummies, will have beautiful and yummy refreshments to feast on. After all, scrumptious food is a Bloesem Class tradition – And we will not let you leave without a booklet summarising all you have learnt during the class.

Gary is one of those proverbial jack of all trades… you know the rest. When not writing about lifestyle and culture, he dabbles in photography, graphic design, plays four instruments and is a professional wearer of bowties. His greatest weakness: spending more money on clothes than he probably should. Find him across the social world as @grimlay
