Crown Bakery and Cafe offers sourdough bread, artisanal pastries & wholesome food that nourish your body, delight your senses & gratify your soul. We’re particularly fans of their signature sourdough, which has the most fantastic crust that crackles with every bite, and their delightfully light brioche, which has a texture reminiscent of mochi. (Their Earl Grey range of breads are spectacular, might we add.) With a locally sourced coffees and jams in addition to a breakfast menu, Crown Bakery is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Bukit Timah area.
